There will be no price limit on the trading of the shares of the Company today (16.02.2026) following its corporate declaration.

The company has informed that the Board of Directors of Green Delta Insurance PLC has decided to acquire 40% of the shares of Green Delta Dragon Asset Management Co. Ltd. from Dragon Capital Management (HK) Ltd.

As per Regulation 19(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on February 15, 2026 at 2:45 PM to consider, among others, audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended December 31, 2025.

On the close of operation on December 17, 2025, the Fund has reported Net Asset Value (NAV) of Tk. 8.59 per unit on the basis of current market price and Tk. 11.11 per unit on the basis of cost price against face value of Tk. 10.00 whereas total Net Assets of the Fund stood at Tk. 1,288,148,231.00 on the basis of current market price and Tk. 1,666,443,663.00 on the basis of cost price after considering all assets and liabilities of the Fund.

(Q3 Un-audited): Consolidated EPS was Tk. 0.81 for July-September, 2025 as against Tk. 0.86 for July-September, 2024; Consolidated EPS was Tk. 3.63 for January-September, 2025 as against Tk. 3.71 for January-September, 2024. Consolidated NOCFPS was Tk. 6.25 for January-September, 2025 as against Tk. 1.02 for January-September, 2024. Consolidated NAV per share was Tk. 69.98 as on September 30, 2025 and Tk. 70.40 as on December 31, 2024. NOCFPS increased due to increase of premium income & investment income.

As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on October 29, 2025 at 2:45 PM to consider, among others, Un-audited financial statements of the Company for the Third Quarter (Q3) period ended September 30, 2025.

Mr. Syed Moazzem Hussain, a sponsor shareholder of the company, has informed that he will receive 262,355 shares of the company from his wife Late Halima Hussain by way of nomination.

(Q2 Un-audited): Consolidated EPS was Tk. 1.79 for April-June 2025 as against Tk. 2.05 for April-June 2024; Consolidated EPS was Tk. 2.82 for January-June 2025 as against Tk. 2.84 for January-June 2024. Consolidated NOCFPS was Tk. 5.59 for January-June 2025 as against Tk. 1.16 for January-June 2024. Consolidated NAV per share was Tk. 67.92 as on June 30, 2025 and Tk. 70.40 as on December 31, 2024. NOCFPS increased due to increased premium income and investment income in Q2'2025 compared to Q2'2024.

The company has informed that the Board of Directors has decided to establish two subsidiary companies within Bangladesh to expand and diversify its business operations; subject to approval from the regulatory authority.

As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on July 30, 2025 at 2:45 PM to consider, among others, un-audited financial statements of the Company for the Second Quarter (Q2) period ended June 30, 2025.

Credit Rating Agency of Bangladesh Limited (CRAB) has announced the Surveillance rating of the Company as "AAA" in the long term and "ST-1" in the short term along with Stable outlook based on audited financial statements up to December 31, 2024 and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating declaration.

(Q1 Un-audited): Consolidated EPS was Tk. 1.03 for January-March 2025 as against Tk. 0.80 for January-March 2024. Consolidated NOCFPS was Tk. 1.38 for January-March 2025 as against Tk. 0.13 for January-March 2024. Consolidated NAV per share was Tk. 68.40 as on March 31, 2025 and Tk. 70.40 as on December 31, 2024. NAV decreased due to a decline in the investment value of shares as the market value declined.
