The Company has informed that Mr. Md. Firog Ahmed, FCS has been appointed as the Company Secretary (Current Charge) of the company with effect from December 21, 2025.

(Q3 Un-audited): Consolidated EPS was Tk. 0.015 for July-September 2025 as against Tk. 0.136 for July-September 2024; Consolidated EPS was Tk. 0.095 for January-September 2025 as against Tk. 0.869 for January-September 2024. Consolidated NOCFPS was Tk. 11.202 for January-September 2025 as against Tk. 8.778 for January-September 2024. Consolidated NAV per share was Tk. 16.91 as on September 30, 2025 and Tk. 16.55 as on December 31, 2024.

As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on October 29, 2025 at 2:45 PM to consider, among others, Un-audited financial statements of the Company for the Third Quarter (Q3) period ended September 30, 2025.

(Q2 Un-audited): Consolidated EPS was Tk. 0.003 for April - June 2025 as against Tk. 0.291 for April - June 2024; Consolidated EPS was Tk. 0.083 for January - June 2025 as against Tk. 0.733 for January - June 2024; Consolidated NOCFPS was Tk. 18.384 for January - June 2025 as against Tk. 12.524 for January - June 2024. Consolidated NAV per share was Tk. 16.67 as on June 30, 2025 and Tk. 16.55 as on December 31, 2024.

Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 29.05.2025 regarding dividend declaration, the company has further informed that the AGM will be held through Hybrid system in combination of Digital Platform and Physical Presence at Banquet Hall, Kurmitola Golf Club, Dhaka Cantonment, Dhaka. As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on July 28, 2025 at 3:00 PM to consider, among others, un-audited financial statements of the Company for the Second Quarter (Q2) period ended June 30, 2025.

Emerging Credit Rating Limited (ECRL) has assigned Surveillance rating to the Company as "A+" in the long term and "ST-3" for short term along with a Stable outlook based on audited financial statements up to December 31, 2024 and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating.

Trading of the shares of the company will resume on 29.06.2025.

Trading of the shares of the company will remain suspended on record date i.e., 26.06.2025.

Trading of the shares of the company will be allowed only in the Spot Market and Block transaction will also be settled as per spot settlement cycle from 24.06.2025 to 25.06.2025 and trading of the shares will remain suspended on record date i.e., 26.06.2025.
