The company has informed that the Board of Directors of the company in its meeting held on 29 January 2026 has taken the following decisions: Proposed Special Resolution: Resolved that the proposal for approval of the scheme for acquisition of the assets and liabilities of Bank Alfalah Limited, Bangladesh Operations, by Bank Asia PLC. The company has informed that the Board of Directors of Bank Asia PLC. has approved for capital injection to its wholly owned subsidiary, Bank Asia Securities Limited. Subsequently, Bangladesh Bank has approved for capital injection amounting to BDT 1,200 million.

(0.82) for July-September 2024; Consolidated EPS was Tk. 2.58 for January-September 2025 as against Tk. 1.44 for January-September 2024. Mr. M. Syeduzzaman, a sponsor shareholder of the company, has further informed that he has received 1,084,721 shares of the company from his son Late Mohammed Irfan Syed by way of nomination.
