The Company has informed that it has disbursed the Interim Cash Dividend based on Audited Financial Statements for the nine-month period ended December 31, 2025 to the respective shareholders.

Trading of the shares of the company will resume on 18.02.2026.

Trading of the shares of the company will remain suspended on record date i.e., 17.02.2026.

Trading of the shares of the company will be allowed only in the Spot Market and Block transaction will also be settled as per spot settlement cycle with cum benefit from 15.02.2026 to 16.02.2026 and trading of the shares will remain suspended on record date i.e., 17.02.2026.

The company has requested the Shareholders to check and update their respective bank account along with routing number, address, mobile number, e-mail address through their respective Depository Participant (DP) before the Record Date to receive dividend online through BEFTN system. The company has also requested to update their respective BO Account with 12-digit E-TIN before the Record Date. Shareholders whose BO accounts are not updated with 12-digit E-TIN (cont.1)

The Board of Directors has declared Interim Cash Dividend of 475% i.e., BDT 47.50/- per share on face value of BDT 10/- based on Audited Financial Statements as at and for the nine-month period ended December 31, 2025. Record Date: 17.02.2026.

There will be no price limit on the trading of the shares of the Company today (25.01.2026) following its corporate declaration.

(Q3 Audited): EPS was Tk. 47.57 for October-December 2025 as against Tk. 44.34 for October-December 2024; EPS was Tk. 158.09 for April-December 2025 as against Tk. 145.65 for April-December 2024. NOCFPS was Tk. 109.79 for April-December 2025 as against Tk. 88.35 for April-December 2024. NAV per share was Tk. 92.22 as on December 31, 2025 and Tk. 239.13 as on March 31, 2025. (cont.)

As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on January 24, 2026 at 12:00 PM to consider, among others, audited financial statements of the Company for the Third Quarter (Q3) period ended December 31, 2025.

The Board of Directors has declared interim cash dividend of 500% i.e. BDT 50.00 per share on face value of BDT 10.00 based on Audited Financial Statements as at and for the six-month period ended September 30, 2025 to those whose names will appear in the Register of Members of the Company or in the Depository Register as Shareholders as on record date. Emerging Credit Rating Limited (ECRL) has assigned Surveillance rating of the Company as "AAA" in the long term and "ST-1" in the short term along with a Stable outlook based on audited financial statements up to March 31, FY2025, quarterly audited financial statements up to June 30, 2025 and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating.
